BIKE HEALTH
Through a bicycle, we connect people with the environment. We fight obesity, depression, and anxiety. We reduce global warming and support people to put in practice sustainable forms of transportation and leisure. We also do and support grassroot impactful research, providing knowledge and education, supporting families, and empowering every person we can.
Why biking is good for your health?
Cycling is good for your mental, physical, and social health. It also helps you improve your navigational skills and spatial awareness. Cycling is good for your brain, your bones, and your muscles. It also helps the environment and connects you with your community.
But did you know that not every person can have the benefits of a bike ride? The reasons are many: Acessibility, Security, Knowledge, Experience, among others.
We believe that every person should have access to a bycicle as a form of transportation, work, and leisure. And that's what we work for it. We transform the "I do not know how to ride a bike" into "I cannot live without a bycicle". We change fear to lots of good experiences. We inhale bike, exhale movement and promote health in the communities we serve.
